If you would like to make an appointment or enquire about our counselling service, please contact the centre by either phone or email. After making an enquiry you will be offered an inital assessment, which will focus on your concerns and match you with a counsellor most appropriate to your needs, should you decide to continue with counselling. 

After-hours appointments may be possible.
